ENCAPSULATED ASCORBIC ACID


ASCORBIC ACID (Vitamin C) is known to be a natural flour improver.  It imparts strength and good oven spring along with greatly improved volume and texture, especially beneficial with lower quality wheat.  AGRICHEM has improved both the ability and performance of ascorbic acid by using a special coating process to encapsulate each granule.  This allows the ascorbic acid to be released during the baking process to get the maximum benefit of the ascorbic acid properties.  ASCORBIC E is in a free flowing powder form and may be added using a dry chemical feeder.
